How do you send the deliverables?We deliver all photos and videos via secure cloud storage, primarily through OneDrive. You’ll receive a private link to view and download your files, which will remain available for 3 months from the date of delivery. Feel free to share the folder with anyone you’d like. If you have any specific requests, we’re happy to customize and accommodate your needs.

How can I make a booking?Simply send us a message with your request, date, and time, our professionals will provide a customized consultation along with a tailored quote based on your needs. To secure your booking, we require a 30% deposit of the total amount. This allows us to reserve your date and begin planning the details of your event with care and attention. It is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Are there any hidden charges?No, there are absolutely no hidden charges. All pricing is clearly outlined in your quote or package details, including any applicable additional fees or optional add-ons. Most importantly, all of our packages include taking unlimited photos. We don’t cap the number of shots we capture. We believe in full transparency, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for before confirming your booking. We offer services with no travel fees across the Great Toronto Area, Hamilton, Niagara, and nearby cities like Guelph, Milton, Kitchener, and Brantford. If your location isn’t on the list, just ask. We’re always open to going the extra mile for a great story. For certain requests, we offer services national wide. There is nothing we can't do!

This 10% discount applies exclusively to our regular hourly rate for both the Standard Event Package and Corporate Event Package, with a minimum booking duration of 3 hours. Wedding packages are excluded from this promotion. However, for wedding bookings longer than 4 hours, a complimentary wedding portrait add-on (valued at $75) will be included. The discount does not apply to the $75 operational fee, nor does it extend to add-ons, custom quotes, or previously booked sessions. Offer is valid for events scheduled in July or August and is subject to availability. FL Photography reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
